今天给各位家长们推荐一个非常经典的儿童听力材料——BBC School Radio – Listen and Play。这是一档将耳濡目染的童谣、歌曲、故事和声音辨认游戏融合为一体的广播节目，旨在通过口头语言发展儿童的听力辨认意识及自信心。难度和内容的设计非常适合初学英语的宝贝，有利于初步掌握核心词汇的发音。
BBC Listen and Play专为3-5岁儿童设计，虽然是英国学龄前孩子的广播节目，但作为英语为第二语言的我们，小学阶段的孩子也可以将其当作听力训练材料。语音纯正、内容丰富、形式多样，有故事、歌谣、歌曲、猜谜等，一期大概15分钟左右。
每集节目的组成部分基本相同，可以分为4个部分：
